Pack Securely
Place the original, unopened perfume bottle in its authentic packaging and secure it in a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
