How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To maintain the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid keeping them in bathrooms, as temperature fluctuations can break down the fragrance oils.
What is your return policy for opened fragrances?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed products within 30 days of purchase. We recommend trying a sample or testing the scent at a local boutique before committing to a full bottle.
How long does shipping take and is it tracked?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. All orders include a tracking number sent via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse so you can monitor its journey.
What is the difference between EDT and EDP?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (usually 15-20%), making it longer-lasting. Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a lower concentration (5-15%) and is generally lighter and more affordable.
